Elise is co-owner and a practicing occupational therapist at Premier Therapy Associates.
She received her combined Bachelors/Masters degree in Occupational Therapy from The University of Southern Indiana in 2012. Her professional career has been focused and centered in the orthopedic setting for over 10 years.
Elise specializes in treatment and rehabilitation of upper quadrant injuries and conditions including the neck, shoulders, elbows, wrists and hands.
She is a strong advocate for individualized, one-on-one patient care and prides herself on being personable, knowledgeable and informative for the best patient outcomes.
Elise grew up immersed in various athletic settings. Her passion for ice hockey, rowing and the world of physical fitness fueled her passion for human anatomy, physiology and the treatment of musculoskeletal conditions. Born and raised in Evansville, Indiana, Elise now calls the Pacific Northwest “home” for over 10 years.
She lives with her wife, Kristen, and her two children, Logan and Oliver. In her free time Elise enjoys spending time with her family, hiking, working out and exploring new things with her kiddos.
Adam is a board-certified orthopedic clinical specialist with over 10 years of experience in outpatient physical therapy. His clinical approach blends manual therapy, movement-based rehabilitation, and functional training to help active adults return to hiking, running, skiing, and daily life with confidence. He is passionate about empowering patients through education, restoring function, and guiding long-term recovery with personalized care rooted in evidence-based practice.
Outside the clinic, Adam enjoys an active, outdoors-focused lifestyle with his wife and their two children. Whether it’s hiking in the surrounding mountains, paddle boarding in the summer, or skiing in the winter, his family is always up for an adventure. Adam brings the same energy and passion for movement to his work, believing that staying active is one of the best ways to live a full, healthy life.
Erika Oskov is a practicing physical therapist at Premier Therapy Associates.
She earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree from University of the Pacific in September 2023.
She is a strong advocate for evidence based practice, one-on-one patient care, and prides herself on skillful thinking outside the box to help achieve unique and individualized patients’ goals.
Erika was born in Lithuania and moved to live to United States at a young age of eleven with her parents. As she learned to navigate through rough waters of life, she continued strong with various sports, building a Lithuanian and Russian community, and discovered a deep passion for physical therapy. Which led to a path of years dedicated to academic world and following her passions.
She has recently relocated from sunny Lodi California to gorgeous Washington state. Her fiancé, Hristo, and their golden retriever, Max, enjoy spending time up in the mountains training, hiking, skiing, and photographing nature.
With a decade of dedicated service in orthopedics, Erin brings a wealth of experience and passion to her role as a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA). Her journey began as an athletic trainer, where she honed her skills in sports medicine and rehabilitation. From her early days assisting athletes on the field to her current role in orthopedics, she has continually pursued opportunities to expand her knowledge and skills. Her expertise encompasses a wide range of conditions, including sports injuries, post-surgical rehabilitation, and chronic pain management.
Beyond her professional endeavors, Erin finds fulfillment in her roles as a wife and mother. Erin enjoys the moments she spends with her two children and supportive husband. Whether they’re exploring the great outdoors, cheering on their kids at sporting events, or quite times at home.

Tanya has over 10 years of medical billing and front office experience in a variety of health care settings.
She specializes in patient care coordination, including insurance verification and prior authorization to ensure a smooth course of treatment for each patient. She enjoys helping patients understand the often confusing topics of insurance plan benefits, copayments, coinsurance and deductibles.
Outside of work, Tanya enjoys spending time with her daughter and her cat named Mouse.
Bridgett is from NW Indiana and moved to Seattle in 2009. She is new to the administrative field but has a long history of customer service. She loves taking care of people and making sure they are happy. She spent the last 20 years in the culinary and hospitality industry. She enjoys getting to know patients and helping them with anything else they need.
Outside of work, Bridgett enjoys golfing, video games, watching movies, cooking and spending time with her cat (Axl), dog (Penny) and partner (Shane). Go Hawks!
Kaitlyn has 10 years of back-office experience in various medical settings. She has since transitioned to join our front office team. Kaitlyn is customer service driven and will always greet you with a friendly smile. Kaitlyn loves meeting new people, hearing a fun fact, and assisting patients however she can.
While originally from North Carolina, Kaitlyn relocated to Washington for college and enjoys exploring the PNW. Outside of work Kaitlyn enjoys spending time with her 5 kids, puppy Roo, and husband DeShawn. Kaitlyn and her family are avid sports fans (basketball, football and WWE wrestling). Kaitlyn enjoys watching movies, playing board games, and doing diamond art for relaxation.

He earned his Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree from Creighton University, is a Board-Certified Clinical Specialist in Orthopaedic Physical Therapy (OCS), and has been a licensed physical therapist since 1989.
He has 35 years of experience as a practicing physical therapist, with an emphasis in orthopedics.
Rankin prides himself on quality one-on-one patient care.
Treatment plans are designed on a case-by-case basis with strict attention on the individual needs of the patient. Every patient is different and has different needs and goals. Rankin does not believe in one-size fits all approach.
When not at the clinic, Rankin enjoys spending time with his wife Kristi, his dogs, being outside, riding his bike, tinkering with old cars, drinking tea and eating bakery.
Mikel was born and raised in Savannah, Georgia, and developed an early interest in fitness and athletics through his father, a track and field athlete. His passion for movement grew through his own experience in track and field, where he focused on pole vaulting, sprinting, and explosive training.
Mikel is currently completing his undergraduate degree in Exercise Science at Seattle Pacific University and holds a Personal Trainer Certification. He also coaches track and field at the high school level, where he enjoys working with young athletes and helping them build strength, prevent injuries, and safely return to sport.
Mikel takes a relationship-first approach, enjoying the opportunity to connect with clients, learn their stories, and help them reach their individual goals. He plans to attend physical therapy school after graduating from SPU, with the goal of working in pediatric physical therapy with an emphasis on youth sports.
Outside of work, Mikel enjoys explosive training, sprinting, jumping, and, perhaps unexpectedly for a track athlete, watching a good romantic comedy.
