Why Work With Us?

We’re not your average clinic. We believe movement is medicine, integrity matters more than volume, and team culture is everything. Our therapists are never triple-booked, never rushed, and always supported. We operate on a low-caseload model so every visit counts — for our patients and for our team’s well-being.

What Makes Us Different

One-on-One Care

You’ll treat one patient at a time — no bouncing between rooms or juggling multiple people.

Continuity & Connection

We prioritize consistent care relationships, which build trust and get better outcomes.

Sustainable Workloads

Our schedule is designed to support you — with time for documentation, mentorship, and real rest.

Clinical Growth

Mentorship, CE support, and collaboration are part of the job, not extras.

Future-Focused

As we grow, we’re expanding into wellness services like massage therapy and after-care performance training — offering new paths for career development.

Our Culture

We’re a team that hikes trails, not just patient charts. Rooted in the Pacific Northwest lifestyle, we believe in resilience, balance, and purposeful movement — for our patients and ourselves.

Our brand reflects:

If you’re inspired by motion, want to work alongside people who care deeply, and are ready to make a lasting impact, you’ll fit right in.

Braden Dick

Born and raised in Washington State, Braden developed a passion for movement, health, and athletics at an early age. Throughout his life, he has been actively involved in sports, including wrestling, track and field, swimming, and football. His athletic journey continued at Pacific Lutheran University, where he played NCAA Division III football throughout all four years of his undergraduate education.
