Dry Needling in Edmonds

Relieve pain. Restore movement. Move forward with confidence.

Dry needling is a precise, evidence-informed treatment designed to release muscle tension, reduce pain, and restore efficient movement. Whether you are dealing with chronic tightness, recovering from an injury, or looking to improve performance, our approach is always personalized to your body and your goals. If you are ready to move better and feel stronger, connect with our team at our Edmonds location.

Comprehensive Dry Needling Treatment

Dry needling targets trigger points, which are tight bands of muscle that contribute to pain, stiffness, and movement limitations. Our physical therapists integrate this technique into a complete plan of care that supports both recovery and long-term performance.

We treat:

Whether you are returning to activity, managing ongoing discomfort, or working toward higher performance, your care is designed to meet you where you are and move you forward.

What to Expect During Your Rehab Journey

Your recovery begins with a detailed assessment of your movement, muscle function, and pain patterns. From there, we build a customized plan that combines targeted treatment with progressive rehabilitation.

Your plan may include:

Manual Therapy

To improve tissue mobility and reduce restrictions

Dry Needling

To release trigger points and decrease pain

Strength training

Tailored to your recovery and goals

Movement retraining

To improve efficiency and control

Education

To support recovery and prevent future injury

Each session is one-on-one, allowing us to monitor your progress closely and adjust your care as you improve.

Why Dry Needling Is So Effective

Targeted treatment allows us to address pain at its source and restore how your body moves.

Even when symptoms have been present for months or years, our team can help resolve underlying muscle restrictions and restore normal movement patterns. Many of our patients notice improved comfort, better performance, and greater confidence in their daily activities.

In addition to physical improvements, reducing chronic muscle tension can positively impact overall well-being. As movement becomes easier and less painful, patients often experience improved energy, reduced stress, and a higher quality of life.

CONTINUING BEYOND RECOVERY

Recovery does not stop when pain goes away. Our focus shifts toward helping you maintain progress, build strength, and prevent future setbacks.

We support long-term success through ongoing care that includes movement assessments, strength development, and hands-on treatment when needed. This approach helps you stay active, resilient, and confident in how your body performs.

Functional Movement Assessments

Personalized Strength and Mobility Programs

Post-Rehab Tune-Ups and Manual Therapy Sessions

This proactive approach helps reduce recurrence of injury and supports resilient, capable movement for hiking in the Cascades, paddleboarding on Puget Sound, or training for your next race.

Patients who maintain consistent mobility and recovery work often experience sustained improvements in flexibility, energy, and performance.

Why Patients Choose Our Edmonds Clinic

Healing is about more than pain relief. It is about restoring confidence, independence, and the ability to live fully. Our approach reflects a commitment to thoughtful, individualized care that prioritizes meaningful outcomes over volume.

Each visit is centered around you, with one-on-one care that is focused, consistent, and intentional. Treatment plans are built around how you move in your daily life, combining hands-on techniques with progressive exercise so you not only feel better, but continue to move better over time.
