Vestibular therapy helping woman regain balance and relieve dizziness

Feel Balanced Again with Vestibular Therapy That Actually Works

Dizziness. Unsteadiness. That off-kilter feeling you can’t explain. If your world spins or tilts for no clear reason, you’re not imagining things—and you’re not alone.

Our team helps people throughout Edmonds and the Seattle area overcome vestibular dysfunction with therapy that delivers real, lasting results. Reach out today and let’s help you feel steady again.

The Disruptive Power of Dizziness

When the vestibular system isn’t working correctly, everyday movements—turning your head, walking in a store, stepping off a curb—can feel overwhelming. This invisible disruption in the inner ear can cause balance loss, brain fog, nausea, and even panic.

People often withdraw from daily activities not because of pain, but because of fear—fear of falling, of being dizzy in public, or of not being believed. The emotional toll can be just as real as the physical.

That’s why we treat both.

What Vestibular Therapy Can Look Like

We don’t believe in one-size-fits-all care. Every patient who walks through our doors brings a unique story—and that story shapes their therapy.

After a thorough evaluation, we tailor your treatment plan using proven techniques like:

  • Canalith repositioning maneuvers for BPPV (like the Epley)
  • Eye-head coordination and gaze stabilization exercises
  • Balance retraining using safe, functional movement progressions
  • Techniques to desensitize motion-triggered symptoms

Everything is delivered one-on-one in a calm, distraction-free setting.

From Foggy to Focused—How We Help

Many patients come to us feeling like they’re “just off.” Maybe it’s subtle dizziness that won’t go away. Maybe it’s full-blown vertigo triggered by rolling over in bed. Whatever the pattern, we’re trained to decode it and guide your body back to balance.

Progress might be as simple as walking without hesitation or as complex as returning to high-level sports. No matter the goal, we’ll work side-by-side to help you get there.

Common Signs You Could Benefit from Vestibular Rehab

Not sure if vestibular therapy is right for you? Many patients come to us after struggling with symptoms that were either overlooked or misunderstood. You might be experiencing sudden spells of spinning or lightheadedness that come out of nowhere. Some people describe a feeling that their eyes can’t quite keep up when they turn their head, or that their surroundings blur during movement.

Others notice difficulty walking in the dark, navigating uneven ground, or even just staying steady in a crowded store. Nausea triggered by screens or travel, and unexplained clumsiness or near-falls, are also common red flags.

If these experiences sound familiar, vestibular rehab may be the solution that finally brings clarity and stability back into your life.
