Introducing Premier Stretch: A New Way to Move, Recover, and Feel Your Best

We’re excited to introduce a new service under our Premier Therapy Associates wellness umbrella: Premier Stretch—a one-on-one assisted stretching experience designed to help you move more freely, reduce everyday stiffness, and feel better in your body.

While physical therapy focuses on injury rehab and medical care, Premier Stretch is a wellness-based service delivered by trained stretch coaches who specialize in helping your body move with greater ease and comfort. Whether you’re an active adult, a busy professional, or simply feeling tight from daily life, this service is here to support your mobility, flexibility, and recovery—no prescription required

What Is Assisted Stretching?

Assisted stretching is a hands-on, guided stretching session led by a certified stretch coach. During each session, your coach gently moves your body through customized stretches while you stay relaxed on a comfortable treatment table.

This service is perfect for people who:

  • Sit for long hours at work or during commutes
  • Feel stiff after workouts or outdoor activities
  • Want to improve posture and movement confidence
  • Are looking for a recovery routine that fits into their active lifestyle

It’s not about pushing limits—it’s about helping your body reset, restore, and move more easily.

Why It Works

Unlike stretching on your own, assisted stretching allows you to fully relax while someone else safely guides your limbs through proper angles and positions. This helps target deeper muscle and joint restrictions while supporting your body’s natural recovery process.

Assisted stretching may help you:

  • Relieve muscle tension and stiffness
  • Improve joint mobility and flexibility
  • Support better alignment and posture
  • Boost circulation and relaxation
  • Reconnect with healthy movement patterns

Many people describe feeling looser, taller, and more refreshed after just one session.

What to Expect During a Session

Every Premier Stretch session is customized based on your comfort level, mobility goals, and areas of concern. Your stretch coach will:

  • Walk you through a quick movement screen
  • Guide you through a series of gentle, full-body or region-specific stretches
  • Focus on breathing, relaxation, and proper positioning
  • Adjust the session based on your feedback

Sessions take place fully clothed on a padded treatment table in a private or semi-private space at our Edmonds location.

You can choose a:

  • 25-minute tune-up
  • 50-minute full-body experience

Is Premier Stretch Right for You?

Premier Stretch is a great fit if you’re:

  • Looking to improve flexibility and reduce tension
  • Trying to stay active and prevent stiffness
  • Interested in adding recovery work into your wellness routine
  • Managing the effects of stress, inactivity, or overuse
  • Hoping to move better during everyday activities, sports, or exercise

This service is also an excellent complement to physical therapy, personal training, massage, or other self-care routines.
