CUPPING THERAPY IN EDMONDS

Restore circulation. Release tension. Move freely.

Cupping therapy is a targeted recovery technique that improves circulation, reduces muscular tension, and supports faster healing. Our one-on-one approach helps you move better and feel better with purpose-driven care at our Edmonds location.

COMPREHENSIVE CUPPING THERAPY FOR RECOVERY AND PERFORMANCE

Our physical therapists integrate cupping therapy into personalized treatment plans to support mobility, circulation, and pain reduction. Every session is intentional, one-on-one, and tailored to your goals.

We use cupping therapy to address:

This layered approach supports our vision of Complete Recovery and Beyond by helping you move past baseline and toward long-term strength and resilience.

WHY CUPPING THERAPY IS EFFECTIVE

Cupping therapy has gained attention in both sports medicine and rehabilitation settings because of its measurable physiological effects.

Research suggests that cupping may:

Studies published in peer-reviewed journals such as the Journal of Bodywork and Movement Therapies indicate that cupping can improve pain and function in individuals with musculoskeletal conditions when used as part of a comprehensive treatment plan.

For active adults in Edmonds and the greater Seattle area, this translates to improved tissue mobility, fewer setbacks, and greater confidence in movement.

Cupping therapy also aligns with our philosophy that movement is medicine. By improving tissue glide and reducing restrictions, we create an environment where strengthening, mobility work, and functional training become more effective.

CONTINUING BEYOND RECOVERY

Recovery is not a finish line. It is a foundation for lifelong performance and wellness.

Many patients incorporate cupping therapy into their ongoing plan as part of our Complete Recovery And Beyond wellness program.

We support long-term mobility and performance through:

Functional Movement Assessments

Personalized Strength and Mobility Programs

Post-Rehab Tune-Ups and Manual Therapy Sessions

This proactive approach helps reduce recurrence of injury and supports resilient, capable movement for hiking in the Cascades, paddleboarding on Puget Sound, or training for your next race.

Patients who maintain consistent mobility and recovery work often experience sustained improvements in flexibility, energy, and performance.
