One-on-One Assisted Stretching for Flexibility, Recovery, and Relief

Group Fitness Partner Seal

Stretch Smarter. Move Freer. Feel Better.

Premier Stretch is a hands-on, guided stretching experience designed to release tension, improve mobility, and support long-term movement health. Unlike passive stretching or generic routines, every session is tailored to your body — with the clinical expertise and personalized care we’re known for.

This is more than flexibility work — it’s a foundational service within our Complete Recovery and Beyond wellness program, created to help you move better through every season of life.

What Is Assisted Stretching?

Assisted stretching is an active, fully-supported technique where your Stretch Coach helps move your body through precise stretches that target joints, muscles, and fascia.

Hands-on, guided technique

A trained Stretch Coach moves your body through precise stretches, providing full support.

Targeted and personalized

The coach understands your body’s limits and potential, ensuring you work with them, not against them. They monitor your breath, alignment, and resistance to help you relax into each stretch.

Beyond simple stretching

It’s more than a warm-up or a post-gym routine. This method goes deeper to address chronic tightness and movement limitations.

Distinct from other practices

Assisted stretching is not yoga or massage. It’s a form of mobility care based on clinical knowledge and personalized support.

Who Can Benefit from Premier Stretch?

Premier Stretch is for anyone who wants to move with more ease and less restriction. It’s especially effective for:

  • Professionals who sit for long hours and deal with back, hip, or neck tightness
  • Patients who have completed physical therapy and want to continue improving flexibility and range
  • Active adults who want to improve performance, reduce soreness, or prevent injury
  • People navigating early signs of aging, joint stiffness, or chronic stress
  • Anyone who feels like traditional stretching just isn’t enough anymore

You don’t need a diagnosis to benefit. If your body feels stiff, disconnected, or less mobile than it used to — you’ll feel the difference from your first session.

Why Choose Premier Stretch?

Every session is delivered by trained professionals who blend clinical knowledge with intuitive, hands-on care. You’re not getting a generic routine. You’re getting individualized attention designed to help your body move, adapt, and thrive.

This isn’t a wellness chain or a trendy stretch lounge. Our Stretch Coaches understand biomechanics, injury recovery, and post-rehab care — and we integrate that into every stretch.

Premier Stretch is part of our bigger mission: to help you live with strength, freedom, and resilience through every chapter of life.

What to Expect During a Session

Your session starts with a short check-in to assess your needs — whether it’s recovering from a tough week at work, prepping for a race, or keeping up with your kids. From there, you’ll move through guided stretches that are either full-body or focused on key trouble areas.

Each session may include:

Assisted passive and active stretches

Gentle joint mobilization and positional release

Real-time feedback on posture, breath, and alignment

Tools and guidance for improving flexibility between sessions

We offer 25 and 50 minute sessions. Many clients feel noticeable results after just one session, especially with regular follow-up.

Common Reasons People Book

Premier Stretch supports a wide range of goals, including:

  • Reducing tightness after long work hours or travel
  • Restoring motion post-injury or post-surgery
  • Improving circulation, posture, and joint function
  • Easing muscular tension from high-stress lifestyles
  • Supporting performance and recovery for runners, cyclists, lifters, or weekend warriors

You don’t have to be injured — you just have to want to move better.

Stretching with Purpose

In a world where wellness routines often feel overwhelming, Premier Stretch offers a simple yet powerful way to reconnect with your body. It fits easily into your existing lifestyle — whether that means a standing weekly session or support after a tough workout.

Clients often describe it as “the missing piece” in their health routine. It’s functional, restorative, and empowering. For people who want to stay active, flexible, and capable — especially as they age or return to old activities — it can make all the difference.

This is the kind of movement care that aligns with your goals, not just your pain points. It’s purposeful, practical, and built around what makes you feel strong.

Feel the Difference Expert Stretching Makes

Premier Stretch gives your body the space and support it needs to move with confidence again. Whether you’re recovering from an injury or simply ready to invest in how you feel day to day, we’re here to help.
