What Makes Premier Stretch Different in Edmonds

Delivered by Movement Specialists

This is not a generic stretch class or quick gym routine. Sessions are guided by movement professionals who understand mobility, flexibility, recovery, and long-term movement health.

Purposeful, Full-Body Mobility Sessions

Each session is designed to improve how your body moves as a system by addressing areas like hips, hamstrings, spine, shoulders, and calves.

Ideal for Recovery and Prevention

Premier Stretch supports recovery after workouts, hiking, running, strength training, and everyday physical stress while helping reduce long-term stiffness and tension.
