How We Personalize Your Wellness Plan

We begin by getting to know your body — its strengths, its limitations, and your goals. A movement screen or progress review helps us determine where you need support. From there, we build a plan that meets you exactly where you are.

Whether you’re preparing for a hiking trip, getting back into yoga, or simply trying to move through your day with less stiffness, we’ll adjust your plan in real time. You’ll never be handed a one-size-fits-all routine — just intentional care built around your life.

Why Choose Our Wellness Program?

What makes our approach different is simple: quality over quantity. We focus on one-on-one care, every time. You’ll work with highly trained providers who listen, adapt, and deliver care that’s responsive to how your body feels in the moment.

We’ve built this program to reflect the values of the Pacific Northwest — movement, resilience, and a commitment to health that goes deeper than symptom relief. Whether you’re from Edmonds, Shoreline, Mill Creek, or anywhere nearby, you’ll find support here that aligns with how you live.

Take Your Recovery Further

If you’re ready to feel stronger, move better, and stay active — our Complete Recovery and Beyond wellness program is here to guide you.
